1. Overview

This Return & Refund Policy outlines how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for our photography services. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Cancellations

Clients may cancel their session up to 48 hours before the scheduled shoot for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session may not be eligible for a full refund depending on preparations already completed.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule one time for free, provided it is requested at least 24 hours before the session. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a service fee.

4. Digital Products

Digital photographs, edited images, and RAW files are non-refundable once delivered due to their nature as non-returnable goods.

5. Service Issues

If you believe the final delivered work does not meet the agreed standards, you may request a review within 7 days. We will evaluate and may offer edits, partial refunds, or re-shoots at our discretion.

6. Non-Refundable Fees

Travel fees, booking deposits, or special-location rental costs are non-refundable once paid and confirmed.
